The word “giclée,” as a fine art term, is associated with prints using fade-resistant archival inks and the inkjet printers. Our printers use a color process that have 8 ink cartridges for variations of each color increasing the resolution. Artists tend to use this type of inkjet printing processes to make reproductions of their original artwork. This Wood Plaque is produced using state-of-the-art digital reproductions of the artwork on the highest quality materials and craftsmanship. We utilize Ultrachrome Inks for a LightFast Rating of 76 years of life under glass. Via the UV inks utilized for the prints and the protective finish, this wood plaque will last a life time.
